Camera Link Connectors
The two Camera Link connectors are 26-positions SDR-type right-angled connectors. The miniature Camera Link (MiniCL) connectors are fully compliant to the Camera Link specification (Annex D version 1.2).
- The pin layout of the Base Camera Link connector is fully compliant with the Camera Link cable pin-out for Base configuration frame grabbers.
- The pin layout of the Medium/Full Camera Link connector is fully compliant with the Camera Link cable pin-out for Medium and Full configuration frame grabbers.
Notes
- A Base configuration camera must be connected to the Base Camera Link connector.
- It is not allowed to connect a Base configuration camera on the Medium/Full Camera Link connector.
- It is mandatory to connect the first (Base) connector of a Medium/Full/10-tap camera to the Base Camera Link connector, and to connect the second (Medium, Full) connector of a Medium/Full/10-tap camera to the Medium/Full Camera Link connector.
