This parameter declares whether or not the composite video signal issued by the camera includes a horizontal (or composite) synchronization component. This parameter is applicable to area-scan analog cameras.

The default value of VHSync is YES: this value is suitable for the large majority of cameras.

Reversely, the value NO is mandatory when the video output signal has no sync component at all or when the quality of the horizontal sync edges is too low.
