This parameter declares the behavior of the horizontal timing machine of the case when a reset is applied.
This parameter is applicable to area-scan analog cameras operating in asynchronous reset mode.
The default value of HReset is NO: this value is suitable for the large majority of cameras that does not reset the horizontal timing.
Reversely, the value YES is mandatory when the camera performs a horizontal reset.
