When working in NTSC, this parameter establishes the fine hue setting. It is added or subtracted from the phase of the sub-carrier.

This parameter has no meaning in PAL.

This parameter is expressed in degrees. For example, 880 means "add 88 degrees to the phase of the sub-carrier".
