Euresys Picolo series capture hardware have multiple video inputs. Up to 16 cameras are connected simultaneously to one single Picolo. In addition, multiple Picolo devices can be inserted in the same computer and used simultaneously.

This is why it is allowed and encouraged  to create multiple instances of the Euresys source filter in your application. One instance corresponds to one board and one connector.

Example

Four cameras are connected to the VID1-VID4 inputs of a Picolo Pro 3.

Render the images coming from the four cameras
