Connector Designator Syntax
To unify the description of camera and cables, it has been chosen to use a structured way to designate a connector as follows:
<Type><PinCount><Polarity>
This is an Euresys proprietary designation system, and does not correspond to an industry-wide standard.

A two letter symbol indicating the connector type. |
<PinOut> |
The number of connecting points, excluding the shield. |
<Polarity> |
The letter M (Male) or F (Female). |
For example, the connector designated by "HR6M" refers to a male (M) Hirose Connector (HR) with 6 connecting points.
