Description
Domino Alpha 2 is an affordable frame grabber for cost-effective industrial applications. Domino Alpha 2 interfaces up to 4 single-tap cameras, or up to 2 dual-tap monochrome analog cameras. It has 2 8-bit A/D converters clocked at 32 MHz.
Domino Alpha 2 has an on-board 8 MB memory and is available as a 32-bit, 33 MHz Conventional PCI board that offers 90 MByte/s of data delivery bandwidth.
In addition to the camera interface, Domino Alpha 2 exposes multiple general purpose I/O lines to ease the board integration in industrial systems. Available on a standard DB-9 bracket connector, there are 3 input and 3 output lines with their associated power supply. These I/O lines can be used as trigger, strobe or general purpose lines.
Euresys provides MultiCam interface to operate Domino Alpha 2 on various Windows and Linux operating systems. Through this interface, Domino Alpha 2 acquires images easily and efficiently for your application.
