Foreword
This documentation describes both Picolo Diligent PCI and Picolo Diligent Plus PCIe boards. Whenever the exposed matter is relevant for both variants, we will use the generic term Picolo Diligent.
The main differences between the 2 boards are:
- Picolo Diligent (PCI) has a conventional PCI bus, while Picolo Diligent Plus (PCIe) has a PCI Express bus.
- Picolo Diligent Plus (PCIe) is equipped with Professional I/O and a watchdog.
