This parameter, along with CsyncEdge, declares the attributes of the composite synchronization signal sensed from the camera feeding the channel.

It applies to analog area-scan cameras that deliver a separate digital composite synchronization mixing both horizontal and vertical synchronization pulses used by the frame grabber to monitor the camera timings.
