Window Extractor

Grabbing Window

You can select an area of the camera sensor that is effectively captured by the frame grabber.

GrabWindow selects the definition mode of the grabbing window. Two modes are available, NOBLACK and MAN. The default grabbing window definition mode is NOBLACK, in which the grabbing window matches exactly to the Camera Active area. You can still assign the values NOLOSS or STD to GrabWindow, but it is equivalent to the NOBLACK setting.

Automatic White Balance Region of Interest

You can select and analyze an area of an image to achieve correct color rendering by using white balance operator. This area of image is called automatic white balance region of interest (AWB ROI).

For more information on white balance, refer to White Balance.
