This delay is normally counted as a number of video lines. In case of interlaced scanning, and for some special tap structures, the counting unit is the video half-line.
The vertical reference instant corresponds to the leading edge of the vertical synchronization pulse embedded in the analog video signal.
If a separate vertical synchronization pulse is delivered by the camera, the VsyncAft_Ln parameter is used instead.
This parameter is meaningless for digital and line-scan cameras.
