Line-Scan Operational Modes

Six fundamental camera modes are applicable to the line-scan camera and grabber association.

MultiCam provides two expert-level parameters named Expose and Readout to declare the camera operational mode. Their possible combinations are the following:

INTCTL	INTCTL	The camera operates in the "synchronous scanning" modality.	SC
		The light exposure duration is set by the camera following some form of earlier configuration.
INTPRM	INTCTL	The camera operates in the "synchronous scanning" modality.	SP
		The exposure is permanent.
INTPRM	PLSTRG	The camera operates in the "asynchronous reset" modality.	RP
		The exposure is permanent.
PLSTRG	INTCTL	The camera operates in the "asynchronous reset" modality.	RC
		The light exposure duration is set by the camera following some form of earlier configuration.
PLSTRG	PLSTRG	The camera operates in the "asynchronous reset" modality.	RG2
		The light exposure duration is set by the camera following some form of earlier configuration.
WIDTH	INTCTL	The camera operates in the "asynchronous reset" modality.	RG
		The frame grabber positively controls the camera light exposure duration through the specific MultiCam parameter Expose_us.
