Double Destination
On Picolo Alert, two channels linked to the same video input can be created and activated at the same time. In such a configuration, the channels do not switch nor slow each other as both channels will acquire images simultaneously.at the same frame rate, up to full speed. .
The two channels can be configured independently but for the following parameters.
MultiCam Parameters
- The GrabField and NextGrabField parameters must be set to the same value for both channels.
- The TargetFrameRate_Hz parameter must be the same for both channels.
- Hardware triggers can be used on both channels linked to the same video input if:
- When TrigMode or NextTrigMode is set to HARD or COMBINED, the TrigEdge, TrigCtl and TrigFilter parameters have the same setting on both channels.
- And when EndTrigMode is set to HARD, the EndTrigEdge, EndTrigCtl and EndTrigFilter parameters have the same setting on both channels.
- For the TrigMode or NextTrigMode parameter of one channel together with the EndTrigMode parameter of the same or the other channel to be set to HARD or COMBINED:
- TrigCtl and EndTrigCtl must be equal.
- TrigFilter and EndTrigFilter must be equal.
- TrigEdge and EndTrigEdge must be different.
